LOGOS HOLDINGS INC. (Headquarters: Obihiro City, Hokkaido \/ President and Representative Director: Yuichi Ikeda) is pleased to announce that its group company, Logos Home Inc., will open a new experiential housing exhibition center in Asahikawa, Hokkaido. The grand opening is scheduled for Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The new facility will be built on a spacious 2,850-square-meter site and will feature three state-of-the-art model homes, a caf\u00e9 called “Cafe Bee” utilizing local ingredients and natural honey, and a large, all-weather indoor kids\u2019 park.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A New Showroom Offering an Evolved Home-Building Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This new showroom consolidates the functions of the existing Logos Home Asahikawa store (1-4 Miyamae, Asahikawa) and the Housing Cafe Asahikawa (16-5 Toko, Asahikawa) into a more engaging and attractive space for customers. Visitors can explore three different models, each with its unique concept, all at once\u2014saving time and effort compared to visiting multiple locations and allowing visitors to discover the best features of each. The showroom is designed to be fun for families, with a children\u2019s play area where kids can enjoy themselves, as well as opportunities to see actual structural models and equipment, experiencing their performance firsthand\u2014truly a place to “try out” innovative ideas.<\/p>\n

Because we believe in maintaining strong relationships even after home delivery, the showroom also includes a caf\u00e9 and kids\u2019 space, enabling owners to casually drop by with friends and family and enjoy quality time together in a relaxed atmosphere.<\/p>\n

The first floor of the central building features an indoor showroom and kids\u2019 park, creating a space where families can have fun together. The three model homes include a fully custom-designed single-story, a two-story with a garage, and a semi-customized two-story\u2014all thoughtfully designed to help visitors envision their daily life, including the yard and surroundings. Additionally, at “Cafe Bee,” visitors can enjoy sweets and light snacks made with natural honey and locally sourced vegetables. Open from 8:00 AM, the caf\u00e9 aims to be a convenient relaxing spot for busy parents seeing their children off in the morning.<\/p>\n
