(Headquarters: Obihiro City, Hokkaido \/ President and Representative Director: Yuichi Ikeda) hereby announces that our group company, Logos Home Inc., has successfully raised funds through a &#8220;Sustainability-Linked Loan&#8221; provided by North Pacific Bank, Ltd. on June 27, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The funds will be utilized for the construction of a new permanent housing exhibition center, Logos Home Asahikawa, which is set to open in Kagura, Asahikawa City, on June 28, 2025. This expansive site covers approximately 2,850 square meters and will feature three state-of-the-art model homes, a caf\u00e9 named &#8220;Cafe Bee&#8221; that highlights local vegetables and natural honey, as well as a large indoor, all-weather kids\u2019 park integrated within an experiential showroom. The purpose of this loan is to promote and support sustainable economic activities and growth in environmental and social aspects.<\/p>\n<p>For this loan, the \u201cpercentage of ZEH (Zero Energy Housing) in the total number of housing units supplied by the Logos Holdings Group\u201d has been set as the SPT. A second opinion has been obtained from Hokkaido Co-Creation Partners Co., Ltd., confirming that it complies with international principles, such as the \u201cSLL Principles.\u201d Logos Home Inc., the recipient of the loan, is committed to solving environmental issues through the active supply of high-performance housing under its mission, \u201cIncreasing happy families in society through homebuilding.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Logos Holdings Group\u2019s Efforts in Addressing Climate Change<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"101\" data-end=\"543\">Our group is committed to contributing to the realization of a decarbonized society through our business activities.
