Collaboration Model House Production Project<\/strong><\/h2>\n

LOGOS HOLDINGS and Sapporo Gakuin University’s Faculty of Economics and Business have collaborated to address the “Gakuchika, student’s lack of practical experience” and create new value together.<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

LOGOS HOLDINGS INC. (Headquarters: Sapporo City, Hokkaido \/ President and Representative Director: Yuichi Ikeda), which mainly operates the custom-built housing business, has collaborated with the Faculty of Economics and Business at Sapporo Gakuin University and has launched a model house production project starting May 30, 2023, as part of our social contribution activities.<\/p>\n

This project is designed to integrate students’ ideas and values into the model house-building process, such as market research, persona setting, concept planning, a proposal for layout, interior and equipment, marketing and advertising, and more.<\/p>\n

Our marketing staff, interior coordinators, and designers will collaborate with students, the key figures of the coming generation, to incorporate their perspectives and creativity into the planning and design of the model house.<\/p>\n

The proposed model house will be presented internally for approval. If approved, it is scheduled to be built around March 2024 and opened to the public.<\/p>\n

Initially conceived to address the issue of “Gakuchika,” the student’s lack of practical experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, the project still holds significance in the post-pandemic era.<\/p>\n

This year-long social contribution activity project, which includes 12 regular meetings, offers students job collaboration with the company, practical experience, and tangible success by letting them take the initiative and lead the production of a model house on their own.<\/p>\n

This initiative also benefits us, allowing us to engage in a new form of homebuilding based on fresh perspectives, senses, and values.<\/p>\n

We also plan to expand this project to other business areas further and collaborate with other universities and companies to cooperate with regional students and provide collaboration and practical experience.<\/p>\n
