The showroom opened on September 15, 2023.<\/p>\n

A Highly Satisfying Staying Experience<\/p>\n

The “Hokkaido Classium” comprises a center house and six model houses designed for various life stages. All offer a stay experience, including cooking in the kitchen, which helps visitors envision living in the house.<\/p>\n

Guests staying in the model houses reported their experiences as “extremely satisfied” (79.3%) or “satisfied” (19.0%), with 98.3% of favorable feedback.<\/p>\n

About Hokkaido Classium<\/p>\n

An overnight stay experience showroom opened on September 15, 2023, in Kita\u00a0 Ku, Sapporo City. It consists of a center house and 6 model houses. The center house features temperature, earthquake, and electricity generation rooms where visitors can experience differences in performance, such as insulation (UA value) and seismic and solar energy generation systems. The showroom also exhibits differences between various ventilation systems, foundation work, and construction methods, which are fundamentals for Hokkaido homebuilding.<\/p>\n

The six model houses cater to different life stages as follows:<\/p>\n

House A: A couple<\/p>\n

House B: A couple with pets, after raising children<\/p>\n

House C: A family with young children<\/p>\n

House D: A fully accessible, one-story house<\/p>\n

House E: An energy-efficient, three-story home for narrow plots<\/p>\n

House F: A\u00a0 two-generation family house<\/p>\n
