What is the House of the Year in Energy?<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is an award system conducted by the Japan Center for Area Development Research, a general incorporated foundation. The awards recognize residential buildings with excellent total energy efficiency performance, considering both the building’s structure and energy equipment. The goal is to promote further environmental impact reduction through energy conservation and contribute to creating comfortable living spaces.<\/p>\n

LOGOS HOLDINGS Group’s Initiatives to Address Climate Change<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our group is dedicated to fostering a decarbonized society through our business initiatives. We are promoting the sale of ZEH (Net Zero Energy Houses), designed to minimize energy consumption to nearly zero by harnessing energy from solar power and other sources. This effort is realized mainly through our “GUUUS” housing products in the Tohoku region.<\/p>\n

In May fiscal year 2023, LOGOS HOME’s Tohoku division achieved a 100% ZEH rate, while HOEI CONSTRUCTION reached 69%, LOGOS HOME’s Hokkaido division achieved 49%, and GALLERY HOUSE reached 52%.<\/p>\n

We will continue our efforts to provide homes that are both comfortable for customers and environmentally friendly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
