We are pleased to announce that its group company, LOGOS HOME INC., will open a new permanent housing exhibition in Ogaki City, Gifu Prefecture, on June 13, 2026. This marks the third location for the group in the Tokai region.
Background: Expanding into the Gifu/Seino Market Following the Achievement of 100 Contracts
The Group has achieved a cumulative total of 100 contracts within just nine months of its entry into the Tokai region (Nagoya and Yokkaichi) in 2025. Despite a challenging market environment characterized by rising construction material costs and interest rates, our “High Performance x Fair Price” business model has garnered overwhelming support from Millennial and Gen Z customers (those in their 20s and 30s). Building on this success, we are now making our first entry into Ogaki City, Gifu Prefecture.
With the opening of LOGOS HOME Ogaki, we aim to significantly increase engagement with potential customers in the Seino area of Gifu and strengthen our overall supply capacity across the region. We position ourselves as the “third option”—bridging the gap between the premium pricing of major national house builders and the performance limitations of local contractors—to provide ideal living solutions for residents in the Gifu area.
Experience “Hokkaido Quality”: Showroom Showcasing Resilience to Earthquakes and Extreme Temperatures
Our “Hokkaido-bred, resilient homes” were developed in the Tokachi region, an area known for having some of the harshest natural environments in Japan. These homes provide safety and comfort even in extreme climates where temperatures can fluctuate from over 35°C in the summer to below -30°C in the winter.
The Center House is an experiential facility designed to allow visitors to directly interact with the fundamentals of Hokkaido-quality homebuilding. Features include:
