About Hokkaido Classium
An overnight stay experience showroom opened on September 15, 2023, in Kita Ku, Sapporo City. It consists of a center house and 6 model houses. The center house has temperature and earthquake experience rooms to showcase Hokkaido homebuilding fundamentals.
Experience Your Stay with Your Beloved Pet
Recognizing that pets are part of the family, the facility allows pets to stay in the model houses. This allows you to explore pet-friendly features, such as a catwalk, cage space, and storage for pet supplies, giving you a clear vision of the necessary equipment when designing a home for your life with pets. There is also a dog run on the premises.

A Highly Satisfying Staying Experience
The “Hokkaido Classium” has six model houses designed for various life stages. All offer a stay experience, including cooking in the kitchen, which helps visitors envision living in the house.
Guests staying in the model houses reported their experiences as “extremely satisfied” (79.3%) or “satisfied” (19.0%), with 98.3% of favorable feedback.
The six model houses cater to different life stages as follows:
House A: A couple
House B: A couple with pets, after raising children
House C: A family with young children
House D: A fully accessible, one-story house
House E: An energy-efficient, three-story home for narrow plots
House F: A two-generation family house
