Promote planned use of annual paid leave.

Create a workplace environment where men can easily take parental leave.

Reform workplace awareness through training to enable work-life balance.

Provide nursing rooms and baby seats in shops for customers with infants.

Create safe play areas for infants.

Actively support local childcare support activities.

Ensure all employees drive with consideration for children’s safety.

Loan company facilities for local events involving children.

 

What is the Sapporo Citizen Childcare Support Declaration?

The Sapporo Citizen Childcare Support Declaration is an initiative started by the Sapporo City Childcare Support Promotion Network Council. It aims to enhance awareness of supporting parents and children in Sapporo, making it a city where childcare can be done with confidence.
