Media Briefing Held to Commemorate the Model House Opening

-Sapporo Gakuin University × LOGOS HD Model House Production Project-

 

LOGOS HOLDINGS INC.(Headquarters: Obihiro City, Hokkaido / President and Representative Director: Yuichi Ikeda) and Sapporo Gakuin University (Ebetsu City, Hokkaido / President: Kunihito Kawanishi) are pleased to announce that the media briefing was held on March 10, 2024, to commemorate the opening of the model house produced in collaboration with the students.

Briefing Overview

１． Greetings from Mr. Urata, President and Representative of HOEI CONSTRUCTION INC.
This initiative started as we sought ways to contribute to the community, particularly given the reduced interactions between students and society during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The students have seriously engaged with this project for a year, and we hope they will continue to feel the joy and fulfillment of creating things through this project. Their dedication led to this outcome, and our staff also rediscovered the pleasure of home building through this project.

 

This is the first time we have undertaken such a long-term project in collaboration with a company outside of the classroom.

４． Introduction to the Model House Highlights

 

What is the Model House Production Project?

The project was launched as a cooperative collaboration between the Faculty of Economics and Business at Sapporo Gakuin University and Logos Holdings Inc. on April 1, 2023. Over the course of a year, students engaged in the entire process of model house construction. This included market research, persona development, and promotional activities, during which they participated in 12 regular meetings. The project was structured as a competition between two groups, and they presented their plans to HOEI CONSTRUCTION INC., a subsidiary of LOGOS HOLDINGS INC., leading up to the construction of the model house.
