[Strong Homes from Hokkaido] Launching in the Tokai Region for the First Time! GRAND OPENING of ‘Logos Home Nagoya’ on Saturday, May 31, at 10:00 AM

LOGOS HOLDINGS INC.(Headquarters: Obihiro City, Hokkaido / President and Representative Director: Yuichi Ikeda) is pleased to announce that its group company, Logos Home Inc., will open a new permanent housing exhibition center in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, on May 31, 2025. This marks our first presence in the Tokai region.

Reasons Behind Our Entry into the Tokai Region

The Tokachi area of Hokkaido, often referred to as “Japan’s most severe natural environment,” experiences temperature swings exceeding 35°C in summer and dropping to -30°C in winter, a total variation of 65°C. The region is also prone to earthquakes and other natural disasters. In response, our company developed the “Strong Homes from Hokkaido,” designed to withstand such harsh conditions.

With this heritage, we aim to deliver “comfortable,” “robust,” and “safe” homes born in Hokkaido—an area known for its extreme climate—to the Tokai region, where high temperatures, humidity, and seismic activity demand resilient housing. Offering these homes at accessible prices for young generations aligns with our vision to “Increase happy families through homebuilding.” This expansion into the Tokai area represents a significant step toward achieving that goal.

Introducing YETY – Hokkaido’s Strong Homes

As an exclusive product for the Tokai region, we have developed custom homes capable of supporting GX (Green x Smart) construction trends and long-term superior housing standards. These homes are designed to be resilient against heat, cold, earthquakes, and disasters.

For those seeking even greater strength and peace of mind, we offer the YETY 2×6 (Two-by-Six) model, and for those prioritizing both strength and cost, the YETY 2×4 (Two-by-Four) model. Both options deliver durable, high-quality homes tailored to different needs.

Features of the Showroom

At the Center House, visitors can experience the fundamentals of Hokkaido-style home building, including “Temperature Experience,” “Earthquake Simulation,” and “Power Generation.” Visitors can also compare ventilation systems, foundation types, and construction methods, gaining a hands-on understanding of the quality and craftsmanship rooted in Hokkaido tradition.

All three model homes offer overnight stays, allowing visitors to imagine everyday life. You can try cooking in the kitchens and take baths to get a real sense of how the homes feel in daily living. Each model has a unique concept:

  • The three-story home offers a “Hotel-like, Active Lifestyle”
  • The two-story home features an “Appealing Japanese-style Corner and Third Space”
  • The single-story home provides a tranquil “Time with Your Dog” environment

Including gardens, these models are designed to help visitors visualize themselves living in these homes.
