LOGOS HOLDINGS INC. (Headquarters: Obihiro City, Hokkaido / President and Representative Director: Yuichi Ikeda) is pleased to announce that its group company, Logos Home Inc., will open a new experiential housing exhibition center in Asahikawa, Hokkaido. The grand opening is scheduled for Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The new facility will be built on a spacious 2,850-square-meter site and will feature three state-of-the-art model homes, a café called “Cafe Bee” utilizing local ingredients and natural honey, and a large, all-weather indoor kids’ park.

A New Showroom Offering an Evolved Home-Building Experience

This new showroom consolidates the functions of the existing Logos Home Asahikawa store (1-4 Miyamae, Asahikawa) and the Housing Cafe Asahikawa (16-5 Toko, Asahikawa) into a more engaging and attractive space for customers. Visitors can explore three different models, each with its unique concept, all at once—saving time and effort compared to visiting multiple locations and allowing visitors to discover the best features of each. The showroom is designed to be fun for families, with a children’s play area where kids can enjoy themselves, as well as opportunities to see actual structural models and equipment, experiencing their performance firsthand—truly a place to “try out” innovative ideas.

Because we believe in maintaining strong relationships even after home delivery, the showroom also includes a café and kids’ space, enabling owners to casually drop by with friends and family and enjoy quality time together in a relaxed atmosphere.

Highlights of the Showroom

The first floor of the central building features an indoor showroom and kids’ park, creating a space where families can have fun together. The three model homes include a fully custom-designed single-story, a two-story with a garage, and a semi-customized two-story—all thoughtfully designed to help visitors envision their daily life, including the yard and surroundings. Additionally, at “Cafe Bee,” visitors can enjoy sweets and light snacks made with natural honey and locally sourced vegetables. Open from 8:00 AM, the café aims to be a convenient relaxing spot for busy parents seeing their children off in the morning.

Grand Opening Celebration Event
