HOEI CONSTRUCTION INC. Launches New TV Commercial Featuring Instrumental Track by Sakanaction’s Keiichi Ejima, Airing December 1, 2025
LOGOS HOLDINGS INC. is pleased to announce that its group company, HOEI CONSTRUCTION INC., will begin broadcasting its new TV commercials, “999 Design” and “999 Hobby”, starting on December 1, 2025.
The commercials feature music newly provided by musician Keiichi Ejima (Sakanaction). They fuse visuals and music to convey the brand’s commitment to building quality homes in Sapporo, a commitment that the company highly values.
New TV Commercial Broadcast Details
The new TV commercials will sequentially begin airing in the Hokkaido area starting on December 1, 2025. In addition to terrestrial television, they are planned for distribution on online platforms such as YouTube.
The commercials are centered on the brand message, “What makes a good home?”, and depict the challenge inherent in the product name “challenge999”: “HOEI CONSTRUCTION INC.’s continuous challenge to question the very basis of home building in Sapporo and always offer the best possible proposals.”
Background of the Music Provided by Musician Ejima (Sakanaction)
Keiichi Ejima provided a new instrumental track specifically for these commercials.
We have always valued the unique world and image associated with dance music—sensational yet gently accompanying the everyday emotions of life—as a key element of our brand expression. Given this background, we sought to leverage the power of this music genre for our new brand commercials, which led us to Ejima’s music.
The light yet emotionally resonant quality of the track strongly aligned with our desire to “frontally affirm both the expectation and the anxiety faced by those embarking on the journey of home building.” Furthermore, since Mr. Ejima is from Hokkaido, the “corporate commitment rooted in the local region” naturally overlapped with the “artist’s roots,” making this collaboration possible.
