LOGOS HOLDINGS INC. hereby announces that its group company, LOGOS HOME INC. (“LOGOS HOME”), has succeeded seven ongoing construction contracts previously held by Feather Home Inc. (“Feather Home”).
Feather Home filed for bankruptcy with the Sapporo District Court on October 14, 2025, and received a commencement order for bankruptcy proceedings on October 27, 2025. These seven contracts pertain to projects where construction had commenced prior to the bankruptcy filing but remained incomplete.
Background and Objectives of the Succession
Feather Home, headquartered in Sapporo, Hokkaido, was engaged in the construction of high-end luxury homes. However, due to deteriorating cash flow caused by rapid business expansion and changes in the external environment, the company filed for bankruptcy on October 14, 2025, with proceedings officially commencing on October 27, 2025.
In response to this situation, LOGOS HOME has decided to succeed the seven unfinished construction contracts to provide relief to Feather Home’s homeowners. Our primary objective is to prioritize the completion of these buildings and provide peace of mind to the clients by continuing the construction work.
